DIRECTOR OF ACCOUNTING

Mid-sized Napa winery is looking for a "shirt-sleeves" type person to handle the daily and monthly accounting and reporting and to contribute to the winery's strategic initiatives. Reports to the President/CEO and works in team with other department heads. Must have working knowledge of winery accounting including POS, cost accounting, inventory and depletions, payroll, etc. and have a penchant for analysis. CPA preferred, IT background preferred, with a minimum of 5 years experience in a senior level position.

DIRECTOR OF HOSPITALITY

Sales-focused hospitality professional needed to take a successful local winery to the next stage of growth. Must have good working knowledge of daily tasting room operations, demonstrated ability to successfully motivate and manage several direct reports, the ability to drive business to the winery and to deliver exceptional service and sales. A collaborative individual with experience in relationship-based marketing in a luxury goods markets would be ideal. At least 5 years hands-on hospitality management experience, preferably in a corporate environment, is essential, an advanced degree in related field is preferred.
