The regulations cover a state law requiring employers to provide supervisory employees with 2 hours of interactive sexual harassment training and education every 2 years. Earlier this year, the Office of Administrative Law rejected a previous version of the regulations, forcing the California Fair Employment and Housing Commission to revise the rules another time. You can read the final regulations here.
