OTL HAS LAUNCHED THE 2007 WAGE & BENEFIT SURVEYS FOR THE WINE, FULL SERVICE RESTAURANT and LODGING/HOSPITALITY INDUSTRIES The surveys are open to participation through December 31, 2007.
