Uncork and Unwind
At Estancia, we take a boutique-winery approach, where quality is the result of attention to every detail, and it begins in our Monterey and Paso Robles vineyards. We control the process from the start—from the trials in our own experimental vineyard blocks, to planting, harvesting, fermenting and aging of the wines.
We’re built a winery that allows us to devote the same attention to detail in winemaking that we give to our proprietor-grown grapes. We’ve added open-top fermenters and small basket presses for our Pinot Noir and Pinot Grigio and new red-wine fermentation tanks that are custom-fitted for the diverse vineyard blocks of Cabernet and Zinfandel in our Paso Robles vineyard.
Ultimately, it is this hands-on crafting of the wines, from proprietor-grown grapes to the highest standards for winemaking that lets us deliver the highest quality and value. Our aim is to over-deliver with delicious, easy-drinking wines for today’s casual lifestyle.
