2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tbsp. White Wine
1/4 Tsp. White Pepper
1/4 Cup Butter
1/8 Cup Chopped Garlic
1/8 Cup Chopped Parsley
1 Cup Onion (Finley diced and Sauteed)
1½ Lbs. Cream Cheese
11/4 Lbs. Snow Crab Meat (Drained until all liquid is removed)
1 Tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
Topping Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients together except for Parmesan Cheese. Pour into serving dish. Top with Parmesan Cheese and bake at 375* until hot. Put under broiler to brown top. Serve with crackers or crostini.
